    This is the best and the cheapest way to generate heat for our homes. All the waste people generate could be easily transformed into energy for heating their homes (and for other purposes)

    this is so ineficient, with this amount of biomass, you could heat 5 greenhouses with a more insulated system and probably 10 greenhouses if you heated with burning this amount of biomass...

    I'm wondering about putting in smaller unit in my greenhouse. I mean i don't want to take up the entire greenhouse but it will have mainly tropicals inside it year around. I'm thinking about a 6' wide maybe 5'tall set up. I have a couple bales of spoiled hay and lots of rabbit poop. I bet that might heat up well. Hopefully we will see

    The obvious problem with the extraction of heat from a compost mound is how to get the maximum amount of heat from the pile and how to eventually remove the pipe without damaging it, so that it can be used again. Please tell me what you did to improve the design. I thought what you had created looked excellent, but your revised model intrigues me.

    It is most likely to fail if our schools use this method. Teach one year class(physics or math) with one big project is ridiculous. Students cannot get benefits from this education. It is very close to Chairman Mao's culture revolution. Students don't need to study in classroom, they were educated through the work of backyard steel furnaces. It is much big and good project than which was presented in this film. Do you expect students can study physics/math/chemistry altogether from it? Do you know how Chinese said "one generation has been wasted". Stop it, no Common Core!

      Look here you insufferable turd merchant, 130 degrees F for 10 months, using nothing but woodchips and cow shit is a resounding success. How much LPG would be needed to get the same result? Improvements are part of the process, or do you think the Wright Brothers should habe rolled out the A380 on the first draft? Great work!

    It's sad WMU is willing to put so much effort into an unneeded 200-500 thousand dollar renovation for this "green" cafe but wont consider investing a fraction of that into getting essential food services at our satellite campuses. The College of Aviation and College of Engineering are in dire need of renovated services or any service at all and yet WMU is too blinded by the buzz words of sustainability to care.

    • @ktb84191

      Plus there is already millions being spent on a new dining facility on campus and the Bernhard center has a dining hall, 2 restaurants, a coffee shop and a campus cafe which serves food options also... why in the world would we want this "green" cafe to compete with those?

  • @JohnBolenbaughHELPPA
    @JohnBolenbaughHELPPA 10 років тому

    Chris there was not one drop of oil in that brand new steel pipeline that you were in. Stop lying to people in interviews saying you were in danger. Chris where were you for the worse 3 years after the spill. You never once helped our community. I did all the dirty work and I asked you for help and you never once helped expose the cover up or get the river re cleaned up. I can't believe that you wanted 15 minutes of fame so bad that you make up tar balls in the kalamazoo river. Those are rocks with oil on them. I told people 3 years ago about every single thing you have said in this video. Your a copy cat. Not a Micat. I saw corexic used 3 years ago and I told everyone. This is old news and 3 years to late to help our community. Shame on you chris. I hate Enbridge but I hate copycats and liars just as much

    • @Judiblueye

      When people work together and not by competing with each other, that is how we get things done. When we do something to get the message out because we learned about it from the beloved community, then we are serving the greater good. we are not "CopyCats". That's where the ego comes in.

    • @JohnBolenbaughHELPPA
      @JohnBolenbaughHELPPA 9 років тому

      It is copycats when the person that did the work doesnt get credit. I am trying to grow helppa.org and to allow everyone to take that hard work and use it as if it theirs and not get credit is wrong and in college a person would be expelled for that.

    • @Judiblueye
      @Judiblueye 9 років тому

      The credit? or the money from the lawsuit? What is the real problem here. Are you aware that the report from the Psychiatric evaluation is on line. I think it is time to ease back and find some way to support youir family, because it sounds like this Enbridge stuff has taken over your entire life and your daughter is going to miss out if it kills you.

    • @Judiblueye

      You are depressed, obsessive, and suffering a lot of stress from PTSD due to the injuries and accusations you got from SET and Enbridge. You have bowel and other digestive problems and survive on horrid 4 hours of sleep a night.

      Im the one that posted those documents that no one else ever had until I made them public. I want the world to see facts unlike micats. And do you realize the large amount of money I turned down to prevent a gag order even though I had an eviction notice on our house because this is not about the money. And against my attorney's advice to take the money because judge was going to drop the case. I still turned down the money.
